Great location with walkable access to shops and restaurants. Loved the spacious room and the nice pool area, though reservations needed for pool usage. Enjoyed the serene ocean view from our room! The water refill station was super handy during our stay, especially after a day in the sun.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The fantastic location made it so easy for us to walk to amazing places, like the beach where we enjoyed family time swimming and sunbathing. My boys were thrilled with the pool, and the staff even provided beach towels and water bottles.
In my wife’s opinion, the parking situation could be improved to make it easier for families.

good location but loud street noise
The staff provided excellent service during our stay with personalized recommendations that truly enhanced our experience. The coffee shop across the street offered fantastic brews that we looked forward to every morning.
Our room faced the street which resulted in a lot of noise, making it difficult to relax at times.

The hotel's location is fantastic, close to everything in Waikiki. While the pool and jacuzzi are on the smaller side, the staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the parking situation is quite tight, and the bathrooms could use a thorough cleaning.

Great location, but noisy!
We were a couple staying here for 3 nights. The location is super convenient with buses and shops nearby. The staff was friendly, and I loved having IHOP right in the building! But, the walls are thin. you can hear a lot from neighboring rooms. Our room was decent, not fancy but okay for Hawaii.

Couples seeking comfort for sure
Had a lovely time, the hotel was super clean,, the room service brought us some tasty local biscuits that were a nice touch. Plus, we had an amazing Waikiki view from our balcony, watched both sunrise and sunset, can't beat that!
It wasn't exactly cheap though still acceptable for what we got.
